We welcome all opportunities to work with Familiarization tours whether organized directly or through Tourism Vancouver, Destination BC or Destination Canada. When checking availability please advise date, arrival time and number of participants, their job titles and travel industry employers Please book your FAM visit well in advance. Tourism Challenge Privilege Pass
Pass holders receive complimentary admission for yourself and 1 guest during our regular operating hours* (blackout dates in effect)
Terms and Conditions: Privilege Pass must be valid Shuttle use not encouraged No Reservations required – Please check in with Groups and Information upon arrival.

We offer complimentary admission to Travel Agents and Airline Flight Crew when valid travel industry identification (e.g. IATA Card, Airline Flight Crew photo ID) is presented at time of entry.
No Reservations required. Travelling companions not working in the tourism industry pay the regular admission fees.
Travel Agent/Airline Flight Crew with valid travel industry identification may proceed direct to the turnstiles for park entry.

Hotel Industry Employees
Complimentary Admission is offered to Front of House Hotel Employees (Front Desk, Sales, Concierge, Bellman and Valet). Eligible staff members will be given complimentary admission during our regular operating hours with proof of valid identification.
In order to be granted complimentary admission into the park, one of the following must be presented along with a piece of valid photo ID.
Business Card – Must state Name, Position, and place of Work place Pay stub – Stating position, Name, and Work place Letter from Department Manager – Confirming employment and position. Valid Work ID / Name Badge – Stating Name, position and work place.
No reservation is required. Hotel employees are asked to check in with Groups and Information upon arrival. Travelling companions not working in the tourism industry pay the regular admission fees. Shuttle use not encouraged.
