To the Park and Back

Getting to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park from downtown Vancouver is easy. Our complimentary shuttle service operates year round and connects guests to convenient stops near Canada Place, downtown hotels, and the Park. Seating is first-come, first-served for guests of Capilano Suspension Bridge Park only. Times are approximate and can vary with traffic volumes.

Same-day luggage storage is also available at Canada Place and the Park.

Arriving by cruise ship? Make Capilano Suspension Bridge Park part of your Vancouver day. Our complimentary shuttle service operates from Canada Place, making it easy to travel from the cruise terminal to the Park. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Express Service Schedule – May 2 – September 27

A dedicated, time-saving transfer designed for cruise guests to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park before or after their cruise, or for guests with later-day flights from YVR. Complimentary luggage storage is provided.

Free Luggage Storage for Cruise and Downtown Visitors

Same-day luggage storage is available for guests travelling on the Free Shuttle from Canada Place. Leave your bags securely at the Park while you explore the rainforest, suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk. Guests with paid admission can use the storage service at no additional charge.

Allow at least 10–15 minutes before the Park closes to retrieve your luggage.

  • How Does the Free Luggage Storage Work?

    1. Drop off at Canada Place
    Before boarding the Free Shuttle, drop off your luggage at the Canada Place departure point. Our team will tag your bags and securely load them onto the shuttle.

    2. Store your luggage at the Park
    When you arrive, our team will unload your luggage and place it in secure, same-day storage at the main entrance plaza, before Park entry.

    3. Pick up before returning to Canada Place
    When you’re ready to leave, present your luggage tag to the shuttle team. Your bags will be retrieved and loaded onto the shuttle for your return to Canada Place.

    Important: Luggage can only be dropped off at and retrieved from Canada Place.

  • What luggage can I store?

    We accept most carry-on luggage, medium-sized suitcases, backpacks, and strollers weighing up to 35 kg (77 lbs).

    For items over 23 kg (50 lbs), guests may be asked to assist staff with handling and are responsible for loading and unloading their own belongings.

    Same-day storage only
    Luggage storage is available for same-day visits only. Overnight storage is not available.

    Size limit
    Items must not exceed 81 cm × 51 cm × 36 cm or 35 kg (77 lbs).

  • What Items Cannot Be Stored?

    For safety reasons, we cannot store:
    Hazardous items: Flammable, explosive or toxic materials, weapons, and sharp objects
    Perishables: Fresh food, plants, chocolates, and live animals
    Valuables: Cash, electronics, jewelry, and important documents
    Oversized items: Anything over 81 cm × 51 cm × 36 cm or 35 kg (77 lbs)
    Items with strong odors
    Bikes and e-scooters: These are welcome at the Park but cannot be stored. Bike racks are available on-site.

    All stored items are tagged with a claim tag and monitored by staff throughout the day.

    Please note: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park reserves the right to decline storage of any item that does not meet our safety policies.
