Cliffwalk can safely support 45 tonnes (100,000 pounds)—equal to the weight of 35 adult orca whales.

Cliffwalk stretches its way 213 metres (700 feet) along Capilano Canyon, the length of three and half ice hockey rinks!

With only 16 anchor points in the cliff supporting the structure, Cliffwalk is sensitive to its environment.

Named a Canadian Signature Experience, Cliffwalk opened in the summer of 2011—and it’s been providing visitors with an adrenaline-pumping cliffside journey ever since. Follow the path, which juts out from the granite cliff face above Capilano River, and enjoy breathtaking views and unique perspectives on the surrounding landscape and rainforest vegetation. Not for the faint of heart, Cliffwalk is high and narrow and, in some sections, open grated walkways are all that separate guests from the canyon far below.
