Fam Tours
We welcome all opportunities to work with Familiarization tours whether organized directly or through Destination Vancouver, Destination BC or Destination Canada. When checking availability, please advise date, arrival time and number of participants, their job titles and travel industry employers. Please book your FAM visit well in advance. Allow a minimum of 1 ½ hours for a fully guided visit. To arrange a FAM Tour, please email groups@capbridge.com.

Travel Agents
We offer complimentary admission to domestic travel agents when valid travel industry identification (e.g. IATA Card) is presented at time of entry. Traveling companions not working in the tourism industry pay the regular admission fees.

Reservations are required a minimum 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Book early to avoid disappointment. Please email info@capbridge.com and include your name, date and time you wish to visit. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is complete.

Commercial Flight Crew & Cruise Employees
We offer a discounted rate (approximately 15% discount) to commercial airline flight crew and cruise employees when valid travel industry identification (e.g. Commercial Airline Flight Crew photo ID or ship employee ID) is presented at the time of entry. Please proceed to Groups & VIP upon arrival to purchase tickets at this discounted rate. Please note, the discount does not apply to the purchase of a BC Annual Pass.
No Reservations are required.

Hotel Industry Employees
Complimentary admission is offered to domestic front of house hotel employees (front desk, sales, concierge, bellman and valet). Eligible staff members and one guest will be given complimentary admission during our regular operating hours with proof of valid identification.
In order to be granted complimentary admission into the park, one of the following must be presented along with a piece of valid photo ID:
- Business card – must state name, position and workplace
- Pay stub – stating position, name and workplace
- Letter from Department Manager – confirming employment and position
- Valid Work ID / Name Badge – stating name, position and workplace
