Fun Fact:
Many rhododendrons imported from the Orient in 1910 by third bridge owner, Edward Mahon, still bloom in and around Capilano Suspension Bridge. Edward was also a Founding Father of the City of North Vancouver.

Harvest Festival

Capilano Suspension Bridge celebrates the Harvest in October. The park is decorated with a Harvest theme and offers lively entertainment throughout. Both Thanksgiving Weekend (October 11, 12 & 13) and Halloween Weekend (October 25 & 26) are packed with special activities for the whole family. Weekend family activities include storytelling, face painting, crafts and, on Halloween weekend, Ghost Tours!
